医务社工参与儿童器官捐献家属沟通工作的个案研究

摘　　要：采用个案研究,选取器官捐献过程中捐赠意向评估期、术前告别期、术中等待期、术后跟进期这四个阶段的典型案例,在回顾医务社工对器官捐献家庭的干预过程与工作记录的基础之上,探究医务社工参与儿童器官捐献家属沟通工作的主要过程与干预服务以及相应的模式与经验。研究发现,器官捐献工作需要多学科团队共同参与,其中,医务社工尤其在器官捐献评估与全流程关怀过程中发挥着诊断、评估、建议、咨询及整合资源等重要作用,同时医务社工参与器官捐献家属沟通工作存在一定的优势与不足,最后基于此为其提出了未来发展建议。This case study selects typical cases from four stages in the process of organ donation:donation intention assessment period,preoperative farewell period,intraoperative waiting period,and postoperative follow-up period.Then based on reviewing the intervention process and work records of medical social workers for organ donors'families,this study explores the main process and intervention services of medical social workers'involvement in the communication with families of child organ donors,as well as the corresponding mode and experience.And it is found that the work of organ donation requires the participation of a multi-disciplinary team,among which medical social workers especially play an important role in diagnosis,assessment,advice,consultation and resource integration in organ donation evaluation and whole-process care.The study also identifies strengths and weaknesses in the involvement of medical social workers in communicating with families involved in organ donation and provides future development recommendations.
