摘　　要：非自杀性自伤与自杀尝试已成为严重危害青少年身心健康的公共卫生问题,且二者在青春期往往同时出现,尤其是在青少年临床人群中。近年来,研究者们一直在探索青少年非自杀性自伤与自杀尝试之间的区别与联系,试图弄清这两种行为是存在于同一个自我伤害谱系中还是完全不同的两种现象,但目前仍无法达成一致结论。本文从神经影像学的角度进行综述,通过非自杀性自伤与自杀尝试青少年的功能磁共振研究,寻找青少年非自杀性自伤与自杀尝试之间的区别与联系的证据,并发现额叶-边缘系统的异常可能是青少年非自杀性自伤与自杀尝试共同的神经基础。Non-suicidal self-injury and attempted suicide have become serious public health issues that endanger the physical and mental health of adolescents,and both often occur simultaneously during adolescence,especially in clinical samples of adolescents.In recent years,researchers have been exploring the differences and connections between non-suicidal self-injury and attempted suicide in adolescents,attempting to determine whether these two behaviors exist in the same self harm spectrum or are completely different phenomena.However,a consensus has yet to be reached.This article provides a review from the perspective of neuroimaging,using functional magnetic resonance imaging to investigate the differences and connections between non-suicidal self-injury and attempted suicide in adolescents.It is found that abnormalities in the frontal limbic system may be the common neural basis for non-suicidal self-injury and attempted suicide in adolescents.
