摘 要:为了维持生计,许多农村的年轻人不得不离开家乡进城务工,留守儿童的监护主要就落在祖辈身上。幼儿时期是自我发展、人格形成的关键时期,家庭教养对人格的有重要影响。可见,农村留守幼儿教育对幼儿的发展具有重要的意义。农村隔代幼儿教育的问题主要体现在:过度溺爱,缺乏对幼儿的启蒙教育,育儿观念和方式的落后等方面。农村隔代教育给幼儿带来一些不良的影响,如幼儿与父母情感上的疏离,形成不良的行为习惯,性格上的自卑、不自信,强烈的焦虑和逆反心理等。农村隔代教育的端已经被人们关注到,改变现状又是困难重重,效果不明显,体现在受传统教养方式和隔代亲心理的约束,根深蒂固的落后教育观念,自身再学习能力的退化,父母亲教育责任的缺失等方面。面对困境,应对农村隔代教育问题的策略有:以祖辈自身为榜样,让幼儿懂得尊敬长辈;加强外出务工父母养育责任意识;建立互联网+家庭教育平台等。农村幼儿隔代教育改善难度大,不能仅依靠个体来实现,需要家个体、家庭、社会形成有效的互动,共同克服隔代教育中的不足。In order to make a living,many young people in rural areas have to leave their hometowns and work in cities,and the guardianship of left behind children mainly falls on their ancestors.Early childhood is a crucial period for self-development and personality formation,and family upbringing has a significant impact on personality.It can be seen that education for left behind children in rural areas is of great significance for their development.The problems of intergenerational early childhood education in rural areas are mainly reflected in excessive indulgence,lack of enlightenment education for young children,and outdated parenting concepts and methods.Rural intergenerational education has brought some negative effects to young children,such as emotional alienation between children and their parents,formation of bad behavior habits,inferiority and lack of confidence in personality,strong anxiety and rebellious psychology,etc.The drawbacks of intergenerational education in rural areas have been noticed by people,and changing the current situation is difficult and ineffective.This is reflected in the constraints of traditional parenting methods and intergenerational parenting psychology,deep-rooted backward educational concepts,degradation of self-learning ability,and lack of parental educational responsibility.In the face of difficulties,strategies to address the issue of intergenerational education in rural areas include:using ancestors as role models to teach young children to respect their elders;Strengthen the awareness of parental responsibility for migrant work;Establish a Internet plus+family education platform.The improvement of intergenerational education for rural preschool children is difficult and cannot be achieved solely by individuals.It requires effective interaction among individuals,families,and society to overcome the shortcomings of intergenerational education together.
