摘 要:培养创新人才是建设创新型国家所赋予新时期高校的重大使命,本科生导师制是高校提升本科教学质量的重要举措。本科生导师制源于西方,其精英教育的内核要求针对不同的学生因材施教,这一点与创新人才的培养要求十分契合。本研究以创新项目的开展为抓手,以专业引领为核心,明确了导师的指导目标,从而提高导师和学生的积极性,最终实现因材施教、多元发展的创新型人才培养目标。Cultivating innovative talents is a major mission entrusted to colleges and universities in the new era by building an innovative country,and the undergraduate tutor system is an important measure for colleges and universities to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.The undergraduate tutorial system originated from the West,and its core requirement of elite education is to teach different students in accordance with their aptitude,which is very consistent with the training requirements of innovative talents.This study focuses on the development of innovative projects,takes professional leadership as the core,and clarifies the guidance goals of instructors,so as to improve the enthusiasm of instructors and students,and finally achieve the goal of cultivating innovative talents with individualized teaching and diversified development.
