摘 要:该文介绍了欧洲神经内科住院医师培训的管理、周期、内容及考核等,通过与欧洲比较,我国神经内科住院医师培训(简称住培)存在临床培训时间短、培训基地间质量差异较大、神经病学专业知识外的培训不足等问题。建议借鉴欧洲经验,通过多样化教学模式相结合、优化住培后的专科培训模式,在有限的时间中增加住院医师更多培训临床实践机会。在经济医疗落后省份,充分发挥省内不同培训基地的特色与优势,增加人文关怀、临床科研能力等方面的培训,尽可能缩小与其他地区培训质量差距。This review illustrates the management,duration,content and assessment of the neurology residency training program in Europe.Compared with the neurology residency training program in Europe,some problems still exist in China,such aslimited clinical training time,differences in quality of training among variousinstitutions and insufficient training beyond the clinical knowledge of neurology.Learning from European experience,we should combine diverse teaching methods and optimize the specialized training program after the residency training to increase the opportunitiesfor residents to achieve sufficient clinical skills as well as humanistic care and scientific research ability in clinical practice,narrowing the gap betwecn ecomomically and medically underdeveloped provinces and other regions.
