摘  要:“互联网+教育”的时代背景为城市小学教师专业发展带来了机遇,同时也带来了挑战。通过对城市小学教师专业发展进行深入研究,立足样本城市小学教师发展需求,提出以下专业发展对策:挑战+机遇,强化利用信息技术促进专业发展的意识,更新专业理念;培训+自学,实践驱动,全方位提升教师的专业水平和信息技术素养,促进专业发展;政策+资源,依托教育现代化政策条件,改善优化城市小学信息技术条件;技术+内容,探索信息技术与课程内容深度融合的途径和方法,在行动中促进专业发展;理念+素质,纠正理念偏差,转变观念,培养网络时代必备的信息技术素质。The background of"Internet+education"has brought opportunities and challenges to the professional development of urban primary school teachers.This study based on the development needs of urban primary school teachers in sample schools through in-depth research on the professional development of urban primary school teachers,the following professional development strategies are proposed:challenge+opportunity,strengthen the awareness of using information technology for professional development and update professional concepts;training+self-learning,comprehensively improve teachers'professional level and information technology literacy from practice-oriented aspect and promote professional development;policies+resources,rely on the conditions of education modernization policies,improve and optimize the information technology conditions in urban primary schools;technology+content,explore approaches and methods of deep integration of information technology,and promote professional development in action;concept+quality,correct conceptual biases,change concepts,and cultivate the necessary information technology quality in the Internet era.
