摘 要:目的分析我国医学虚拟仿真教学的研究方向及热点变化,为未来信息化教学提供参考。方法对中国知网(CNKI)数据库进行检索,以“虚拟仿真”为主题词,检索范围设定为医学教育与医学边缘学科,共检出1657篇文献,以2020年为节点划分为两个阶段,分别导入CiteSpace.6.1.R3软件进行文献筛选及转换,最终纳入2020年以前发表的653篇文献,2020年及以后发表的1004篇文献。结果2020年以前,教学方法、模式及教学改革是研究重点;2020年及以后,人才培养、虚拟仿真技术、信息化教学是研究重点,研究热点为线上教学、实践能力、人才培养、线上线下。结论虚拟仿真技术能满足当前教学需求,在医学教育中的运用也越来越广泛,具有较大发展空间,未来需要不断改进“线上+线下”教学模式,并在医学领域培养更多虚拟仿真技术人才。Objective To analyze the research direction and hot changes of medical virtual simulation teaching in China,and provide reference for future information technology teaching.Methods A search was conducted on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,with"virtual simulation"as the subject word and the search scope set as medical education and medical edge disciplines.A total of 1657 articles were identified,divided into two stages based on the year 2020.Literature screening and conversion were conducted using CiteSpace.6.1.R3 software,and 653 articles published before 2020 and 1004 articles published in 2020 and after were ultimately included.Results Before 2020,teaching methods,models,and teaching reforms were the focus of research;In 2020 and beyond,talent cultivation,virtual simulation technology,and information-based teaching are research focuses,with research hotspots including online teaching,practical skills,talent cultivation,and online and offline.Conclusion Virtual simulation technology can meet current teaching needs,and its application in medical education is becoming increasingly widespread,with great development space.In the future,it is necessary to continuously improve the"online+offline"teaching mode and cultivate more virtual simulation technology talents in the medical field.
