摘  要:自《国民旅游休闲纲要(2013—2020年)》颁布以来,我国研学旅行发展势头迅猛并取得一系列显著成果。研学旅行的开展有助于贯彻党的教育方针和落实立德树人根本任务,其中师资是研学旅行课程化发展的关键支点。文章基于“教育+文旅”的新兴视角,明确与揭示研学旅行师资培养的价值和困境,进而从校企合作共融、校内校外结合、教学科研并行、人员合理搭配、放权严管统一等角度提出对应的建议和策略,以进一步优化研学旅行师资队伍建设路径。Since the Outline of National Tourism and Leisure(2013-2020)was promulgated,the development mo-mentum of study travel has been rapid and a series of remarkable achievements have been made in China.The de-velopment of study travel is conducive to the implementation of the Party’s educational policy and the implemen-tation of the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education,among which teachers for study travel are the key support point for the development of this new field and the key factor for the curriculum-based develop-ment of study travel.Based on the emerging perspective of“education+cultural tourism”,this paper will clarify and reveal the value and dilemma of teacher training,and then put forward corresponding suggestions and strate-gies from the perspectives of university-enterprise cooperation and integration,combination of campus and off-campus,parallel teaching and research,reasonable collocation of personnel,decentralization and strict manage-ment,etc.,in order to further optimize the construction path of faculty for study travel.
