创业生态系统框架下企业资源行动及绩效演化——以创业能力作为中介变量的实证研究

摘　　要：在新创劣势和资源困境影响下,创业企业倾向于选择嵌入创业生态系统以获取发展所需资源,并采取进一步的资源行动实现自身发展。以创业企业成长的不同时期作为阶段划分,采用“结构—行动—绩效”的框架分析了创业企业不同时期的依赖结构、所采取的资源行动及绩效变化。研究发现,在初创期,创业企业的联合依赖较低而非对称依赖较高,企业通过资源拼凑方式获取资源;在成长期,创业企业初步立稳脚跟,联合依赖升高,非对称依赖降低,创业企业通过进一步的资源编排行动提高创业绩效;在发展期,创业企业拥有较为充足的资源,联合依赖与非对称依赖均有所降低,创业企业通过资源重构行动对资源进行重新配置和组合实现绩效增长。研究还发现,创业能力在企业的资源行动和创业绩效之间发挥中介作用,进一步揭示了资源行动视角下创业绩效增长的路径机制与机理。Under the influence of new venture disadvantage and resource dilemma,start-ups tend to choose to embed in the entrepreneurial ecosystem to obtain the resources needed for their own growth and achieve their own development through further resource actions.Taking the different periods of the growth of start-ups as the stage division,this paper uses the framework of structure-action-performance’to analyze the dependence structure,resource actions and performance changes of start-ups in different periods.The results show that in the start-up period,the joint dependence of start-up enterprises is low and the asymmetric dependence is high.Enterprises obtain resources through resource bricolage;in the growth stage,start-ups have initially established a foothold,and the asymmetric dependence has decreased with the increase of joint dependence.Start-ups improve entrepreneurial performance through further resource orchestration actions;in the development period,start-ups have a relatively sufficient combination of resources,and both joint dependence and asymmetric dependence have been reduced.Start-ups reconfigure and combine resources through resource reconstruction actions to achieve performance growth.The empirical study also finds that entrepreneurship plays an intermediary role between resource action and entrepreneurial performance,and further reveals the path mechanism and internal mechanism of entrepreneurial performance growth from the perspective of resource action.
