摘 要:目的 探讨信息化技术在新生儿护理模拟教学中的应用效果。方法 采用整群抽样选取某院校2019级、2020级高职护生207名,以年级为单位进行分组,干预组107名,对照组100名。在新生儿护理模拟教学中,对照组采用传统教学模式实施模拟教学,干预组采用智慧职教、云班课、虚拟仿真、智慧教室等信息化技术辅助混合式教学模式实施模拟教学,教学完成后比较两组护生的学习成绩、模拟教学过程性评价得分和护生对护理高仿真模拟教学行为表现的自评得分以评价模拟教学效果。结果 干预组学习成绩、过程性评价得分、行为表现自评量表均分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 信息化技术辅助模拟教学可以提升护生学习成绩,同时改善新生儿护理模拟教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of information technology used in simulation-based teaching of neonatal nursing.Methods A total of 2072019 and 2020 admitted nursing students were selected from a vocational college by cluster sampling,and grouped into an intervention group(n=107)and a control group(n=100)by grade.The intervention group received simulation-based teaching of neonatal nursing using blended teaching model incorporating information technology assisted smart vocational education,cloud-based class,virtual simulation training and smart classroom,and the cortrol group used the traditional teaching model.The simulation-based teaching effects of both groups were assessed by mean scores on learning performance,simulation-based teaching process evaluation and Performance Self-rating Scale for Nursing Students on High-fidelity Simulation-based Teaching of Nursing(PSSNSHSTN)after the completion of teaching.Results The intervention group had much higher mean scores on learning performance,simulation-based teaching process evaluation and PSSNSHSTN(P<0.01).Conclusion Information technology-assisted simulation-based teaching can improve the learning performance and the simulation-based teaching effect of neonatal nursing in nursing students.
