摘　　要：构建基于OBE理念的人才培养模式是促进高校工程教学改革和质量保证体系建设的重要一环。面对现阶段电气工程及其自动化专业建设中存在的各种实际问题,高校应通过逆向设计的思路,从以成果为导向的培养目标和毕业要求制定、以成果为支撑的课程体系建设、以持续改进为理念的评价和反馈机制构建三个方面出发,探索基于OBE理念的人才培养模式的改革方法,为进一步推动学校工程教育认证工作提供支撑。Building a talent cultivation model based on the OBE concept is an important part of promoting the reform of engineering teaching and the construction of quality assurance systems in universities.Faced with various practical problems in the current construction of electrical engineering and automation majors,universities should adopt a reverse design approach,starting from three aspects:the development of achievement oriented training goals and graduation requirements,the construction of a curriculum system supported by results,and the construction of an evaluation and feedback mechanism based on the concept of continuous improvement,Exploring the reform methods of talent cultivation models based on the OBE concept,providing support for further promoting the certification work of school engineering education.
