摘　　要：学生资助是一项事关教育公平和民生福祉的重要工程,而学生资助工作队伍是学生资助的核心,其职业发展和专业水平直接关系到资助育人成效。高校应加强学生资助工作队伍的职业化和专业化建设,提高重视程度,扩大专职人员规模,健全激励机制,畅通职业晋升通道,完善职业资格管理制度,促进专业化发展,优化培训体系,提高专业素养,建立科学的考评体系,强化反馈机制,从而提高资助工作质量。Student funding is an important project related to educational equity and people's well-being,and the student funding team is the core of student funding.Its career development and professional level are directly related to the effectiveness of funding and education.Universities should strengthen the professionalization and professionalization of student funding teams,increase emphasis,expand the scale of full-time personnel,improve incentive mechanisms,smooth career promotion channels,improve professional qualification management systems,promote professional development,optimize training systems,improve professional literacy,establish a scientific evaluation system,strengthen feedback mechanisms,and thus improve the quality of funding work.
