摘　　要：数字化改革背景下,构建金融职业教育人才培养模式的关键在于打造产业、院校“两位一体”、协同育人的发展格局,促进产教融合,提升金融职业教育教学质量,建立健全多方评价体系,提升参与方的主体意识。文章从数字化改革背景下构建金融职业教育人才培养模式的意义、数字化改革背景下金融职业教育人才培养面临的问题及原因、数字化改革背景下金融职业教育人才培养模式的构建三方面进行探讨,以完善人才培养体系,培养更多德才兼备的金融人才。In the context of digital reform,the key to building a talent cultivation model for financial vocational education lies in creating a development pattern of"two in one"industry and universities,and collaborative education,promoting the integration of industry and education,improving the quality of financial vocational education teaching,establishing and improving a comprehensive evaluation system,and enhancing the subjective consciousness of participants.The article explores the significance of constructing a talent cultivation model for financial vocational education in the context of digital reform,the problems and reasons faced by talent cultivation in financial vocational education in the context of digital reform,and the construction of a talent cultivation model for financial vocational education in the context of digital reform,in order to improve the talent cultivation system and cultivate more financial talents with both morality and talent.
