摘  要:母乳是婴幼儿最佳的天然食物,对于无法获得充足母乳喂养的婴幼儿来说,母乳化婴幼儿配方奶粉是替代母乳的首选食物。母乳中的活性营养成分是增强婴幼儿免疫力、促进其生长发育等需求的关键,关于其在母乳中的含量、变化趋势以及对婴幼儿生长发育产生有益效应的作用机制是近年来的研究热点,这些研究成果是开展婴幼儿配方奶粉母乳化的基础。本文综述以乳铁蛋白、唾液酸、二十二碳六烯酸、母乳低聚糖、骨桥蛋白、免疫球蛋白等为代表的活性营养成分在婴幼儿免疫系统发展和脑发育中的研究进展,拟为婴幼儿配方奶粉的配方设计提供依据。Breast milk is the best natural food for infants and young children,and the breast milk formula for infants and young children is the preferred food to replace breast milk for those who can’t receive sufficient breastfeeding.Active nutrients in breast milk are the keys to enhancing the immunity of infants and young children and promoting their growth and development.The researches on their contents in breast milk,changing trends and the mechanism of beneficial effects on the growth and development of infants and young children is the basis for carrying out the breastfeeding of infant formula.This paper reviewed the research progress of active nutrients including lactoferrin,sialic acid,docosahexaenoic acid,human milk oligosaccharides,osteopontin and immunoglobulins in the development of the immune system and brain in infants and young children,and purposed to provide the basis for the formula design of infant formula.
