摘  要:目的:分析大型综合医院绩效管理存在的问题,探讨未来绩效管理改进的目标、原则与思路。方法:以某大型综合医院为例,采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法,对医院绩效管理现状及存在问题进行分析。结果:虽然案例医院建立了较为完善的绩效管理方案,但仍有部分职工对其表示不满和疑虑,计划、考核、沟通与反馈、考核结果应用等环节都存在亟需改进的问题。结论:医院应根据内外环境的变化,明确绩效管理改进的目标、原则和思路,提升绩效管理水平,推动医院高质量发展。Objective To analyze the problems of performance management in large comprehensive hospitals,and to explore the goals,principles,and strategies for improving performance management in the future.Methods Taking a large comprehensive hospital as an example,a combination of questionnaire survey and interviews was used to analyze the current situation and existing problems of hospital performance management.Results Although the sample hospital has established a relatively comprehensive performance management programme,some employees still express dissatisfaction and doubts about it.There are urgent issues that need improvement in planning,assessment,communication and feedback,and application of assessment results.Conclusion Based on changes in the internal and external environment,it is necessary to clarify the goals,principles,and strategies for improving performance management,enhance the level of performance management,and promote high-quality development of hospitals.
