摘  要:目的探究集中式管理对感控兼职人员工作质量的影响。方法选取2021年7月—2023年7月在北京市房山区良乡医院任职的87名感控兼职人员为研究对象,对比集中式管理实施前(2021年7月—2022年6月)、集中式管理实施后(2022年7月—2023年7月)感控兼职人员管理效果。结果相较于实施前,实施后感控兼职人员工作质量各项、核心能力各项评分、管理满意度各项评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集中式管理可提高感控兼职人员工作质量、核心能力、管理满意度。Objective To explore the influence of centralized management on the work quality of the part-time staff.Methods A total of 87 part-time employees working in Fangshan District Liangxiang Hospital,from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.The management effect of the part-time staff of infection control before the implementation of centralized management(from July 2021 to June 2022)and after the implementation of centralized management(from July 2022 to July 2023)were compared.Results Compared with before the implementation,the scores of work quality,core competence and management satisfaction of the part-time staff after the implementation were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Centralized management can improve the work quality,core competence and management satisfaction of the part-time staff.
