摘　　要：政治生态是党风、政风、社风、民风的综合体现。高校作为社会系统的组成部分,其政治生态环境的优劣对于高校治理体系和治理能力现代化进程乃至整个社会政治生态建设具有重要影响。以政治系统理论和生态平衡理论为学科基础,以党章等党内法规制度为政策依据,在党的建设总体布局框架下,结合高校党建工作实际,从政治忠诚、思想纯洁、组织规范、作风硬实、纪律严明五个主体维度以及制度建设一个附加维度,探索构建高校政治生态评价理论体系,并在此基础上提出高校政治生态评价的实施路径。Political ecology is the comprehensive embodiment of the Party’s ethos,political action manners,general mood of society,and the people’s conduct.As an integral part of the social system,the ecological environment of universities has an important impact on their modernization process of the governance system and governance capacity even the construction of the entire social political ecology.Political ecological evaluation system should be in accordance with the theory of political system and ecological balance theory as the foundation of disciplines,the inner-party laws and regulations such as the party constitution as the policy basis.Under the framework of party’s construction general layout,combining the reality of universities’party construction,from the five main dimensions of political loyalty,ideological purity,organizational norms,hard work style,strict discipline and one additional dimension of system construction,to explore the construction of the theoretical system of political ecological evaluation in universities,and on the basis,put forward the optimal implementation path of political ecological evaluation.
