“四新”学科视域下高职创新创业人才培养的路径

摘　　要：对照“四新”学科建设对创新创业人才培养的要求,分析了高职创新创业人才培养面临的问题,提出构建“五位一体”的创新创业能力培养体系、创新“新文科+”跨学科融合的创新创业教学模式及重构“五育并举”创新创业人才培养评价体系等路径,以提升高职创新创业人才培养成效。According to the requirements for the establishment of “four new”disciplines aimed at training innovative and entrepreneurial talents,this paper analyzes the challenges encountered in training such talents in higher vocational colleges.It proposes several approaches,including the construction of a “five-in-one”training system to enhance students' innovative and entrepreneurial abilities,the innovation of an interdisciplinary“new liberal arts+”teaching mode for innovation and entrepreneurship,and the reconstruction of a“well-rounded education”evaluation system for training innovative and entrepreneurial talents.In order to enhance the training effectiveness of higher vocational innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
