大学生创业园服务标准体系构建研究——以浙江省杭州市为例

摘　　要：大学生创业园作为公共服务载体,是大学生就业教育和创业活动的重要平台,对于大学生的成长、成才有着重要意义。本文旨在对杭州市大学生创业园服务现状分析,从服务通用基础、服务提供、服务保障、岗位标准四方面构建大学生创业园服务标准体系,以期通过标准化的示范和引领作用,推动和促进大学生创业园服务质量提升。As a public service carrier,the college student entrepreneurship park is an important platform for college students’career education and entrepreneurial activities,which is of great signifi cance for their growth and success.Based on the analysis of the service status of Hangzhou’s college student entrepreneurship park,this paper constructs the service standards system of college student pioneer park from four aspects:general service basis,service provision,service guarantee and post standards,to promote and advance the service quality of college student entrepreneurship parks,through the demonstration and leading role of standardization.
