摘　　要：本文采用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备的胶体金溶液标记大肠杆菌O157:H7抗体(6C1E5),然后将其包被于金标垫上,再将大肠杆菌O157:H7抗体(10G1A2)和兔抗鼠IgG分别包被于硝酸纤维素膜作为检测线和质控线,研制出的大肠杆菌O157:H7胶体金免疫层析快速检测试纸检测灵敏度达104 CFU/mL,并与鼠寒沙门氏菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌等8种菌株无交叉反应,显示出较强的特异性。This paper using colloidal gold solution which is prepared by using the trisodium citrate reduction method labeled Escherichia coli O157:H7 antibody(6C1E5).The colloidal gold-labeled antibody is coated on the gold label pad.The purified monoclonal antibody(10G1A2)and Goatanti-mouse IgG served as capture-antibody is coated on the nitrocellulose membrane.The detection results indicated that the strip is specific to O157:H7 and the sensitivity is 104 CFU/ml,and it exhibited no cross-reactivity with other 8 pathogenic bacteria such as Salmonella typhimurium and Bacillus anthracis,demonstrating strong specificity.
