摘　　要：企业在产业导师队伍建设中的主体作用是指在市域产教联合体和行业产教融合共同体建设背景下,企业把产业导师作为自身人力资源建设的重要组成部分,主动向合作职业院校推荐产业导师,参与产业导师队伍的建设、管理与考核,采取有效措施促进产业导师认真履职,以体现其参与举办职业教育的重要作用。企业之所以能成为产业导师队伍建设的主体,不仅是企业办学主体作用的本质要求,更是产业导师的角色定位使然。受职业教育内部和外部等多种因素的影响,企业在产业导师队伍建设中的主体作用没有得到应有重视,也未得到充分发挥。若要充分发挥企业在产业导师队伍建设中的主体作用,必须创新彰显企业主体作用的机制,加快完善产业导师队伍建设的具体政策,校企协同履职推进产业导师队伍建设。The main role of enterprises in the construction of the industry mentor team refers to the importance of industry mentors as an important part of their human resource construction in the context of the construction of municipal industry education consortia and industry education integration communities.Enterprises actively recommend industry mentors to cooperative vocational colleges,participate in the construction,management,and assessment of the industry mentor team,and take effective measures to promote the conscientious performance of industry mentors,To demonstrate its important role in participating in the organization of vocational education.The reason why enterprises can become the main body of industrial mentor construction is not only the essential requirement of the role of enterprise education,but also the positioning of the role of industrial mentors.Due to various factors such as internal and external factors in vocational education,the main role of enterprises in the construction of industry mentors has not been given due attention and has not been fully utilized.To fully leverage the role of enterprises as the main body in the construction of industry mentors,it is necessary to innovate mechanisms that demonstrate the role of enterprises as the main body,accelerate the improvement of specific policies for the construction of industry mentors,and promote the collaborative performance of schools and enterprises in promoting the construction of industry mentors.
