摘  要:章太炎虽然没有专门论述董仲舒的文章,但是在一些著作中对董仲舒进行了评判。章太炎在政治方面批判董仲舒为专制大一统帝国提供思想武器和主张“独尊儒术”等,其批判具有重要的时代意义;在学术层面对董仲舒的评判有褒有贬,对“春秋决狱”的批判则有些偏颇;在论述董仲舒与儒教乃至宗教的关系时,成功地运用了哲学和宗教关系的近代哲学原理,并有所发展和突破,值得高度评价。Although Zhang Taiyan did not specifically wrote articles on Dong Zhongshu,he did make some comments in his works on Dong Zhongshu.Zhang Taiyan criticized Dong Zhongshu in terms of politics for providing ideological weapons and advocating“exclusive respect for Confucianism”for the authoritarian unified empire,which has important historical significance.At the academic level,there are both positive and negative evaluations on Dong Zhongshu,while the criticism of“adjudicating suits in line with Confucian classics during the Spring and Autumn period”is somewhat biased.When discussing the relationship between Dong Zhongshu and Confucianism and even religion,he successfully applied the modern philosophical principles of the relationship between philosophy and religion,and made some development and breakthroughs,which is worthy of high praise.
