摘　　要：为了解决高职院校学生毕业难和就业难问题,首先分析职业精神在高职职业技能培养体系所面临的问题,详细阐述职业精神融入高职职业技能培养的重要意义,其次提出通过创新人才培养方案为核心、实施校企合作产教融合活动、发挥人文素质课的优势、重视建设师资队伍和打造科学的评价体系,最后实现职业精神在职业技能培养中的有机融合。最终完成国家职业教育培养出企业真正需要的高技能高素质复合型人才的使命。In order to solve the problem of difficulty in graduation and employment of students in higher vocational colle-ges,firstly analyze the problems faced by professional spirit in the vocational skill training system of higher vocational colleges,then elaborate the significance of integrating professional spirit into vocational skill training in higher vocational colleges,and then put forward The innovative talent training program is the core,the implementation of school-enter-prise cooperation,production-education integration activities,the advantages of humanistic quality courses,emphasis on the construction of teaching staff and the creation of a scientific evaluation system,and finally realize the organic inte-gration of professionalism in vocational skills training,and finally complete the national Vocational education is the mis-sion of cultivating high-skilled and high-quality compound talents that enterprises really need.
