农村成人教育内涵式发展现状与困境

摘  要:随着社会经济的不断发展,农村成人教育作为提升农村居民综合素质和促进农村发展的重要途径逐渐受到重视。基于农村成人教育的理论基础与发展客观需求,采用问卷调查的方式对农村成人教育发展现状进行阐述,总结目前农村成人教育发展困境与限制条件,针对农村成人教育内涵式发展存在的问题提出发展策略与规划保障。通过克服困境,加强各方合作,有望推动农村成人教育迈向更高水平,为农村地区的可持续发展提供坚实支撑。With the continuous development of social economy,rural adult education has gradually attracted attention as an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of rural residents and promote rural development.Based on the theoretical basis and development objective needs of rural adult education,this paper expounds the current situation of ru-ral adult education development by means of questionnaire survey,summarizes the current dilemmas and constraints of rural adult education,and puts forward development strategies and planning guarantees for the problems existing in the connotative development of rural adult education.By overcoming the difficulties and strengthening the cooperation among all parties,it is expected to promote rural adult education to a higher level and provide solid support for the sustainable development of rural areas.
