甘肃产不同品种松针的抗氧化活性研究

摘  要:以甘肃产白皮松、雪松、油松、落叶松、樟子松和华山松6个树种的松针为研究对象,采用DPPH法、ABTS法和铜离子还原能力测定其不同浓度乙醇提取物的体外抗氧化活性,并采用熵值法综合评价遴选出抗氧化活性强的松针资源,为松针的进一步开发利用提供参考。研究表明:采用不同浓度乙醇提取时,40%乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性最好;不同品种松针中,雪松松针的抗氧化活性最好,其中天水产雪松松针40%乙醇提取物的评分最高达99.52%,表明其可以作为进一步研究松针抗衰老研究的资源。The needles of 6 species of Pinus bungeana Zucc.,Cedrus deodara(Roxb.)G.Don,Pinus tabuliformis Carr.,Larix gmelinii(Rupr.)Kuzen.,Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.and Pinus armandii Franch from Gansu were studied.The antioxidant activity of ethanol extracts with different concentrations were determined by DPPH,ABTS and Cupric reducing antioxidant power assays methods.The pine needles with the strongest antioxidant activity were selected using the entropy method for further exploration,in order to provide reference for its further development and application.According to the entropy evaluation method,the 40%ethanol extract exhibited superior antioxidant activity among various ethanol concentrations,while pine needles of Cedrus deodara demonstrated optimal performance among different varieties.Notably,the 40%ethanol extract of Cedrus deodara from Tianshui achieved a remarkable score of 99.52%,highlighting their potential as a valuable resource for further research on anti-aging properties.
