摘　　要：高校学生食堂公益性的落实事关学生成长成才与校园和谐稳定。随着原材料价格和用工成本的上涨,加之自身运行管理的不足,高校学生食堂在落实公益性的过程中遇到了一定的困难。本文基于对某省20所省属高校的实证调研,梳理了高校学生食堂日常运营管理的基本情况,分析了高校学生食堂落实公益性的现状,凝练了高校学生食堂落实公益性存在的问题,提出了切实保证高校学生食堂公益性的对策建议。The implementation of the public welfare of the student cafeteria in colleges and universities is related to the growth of students and the harmony and stability of the campus.With the increase in raw material prices and labor costs,coupled with the insufficiency of its own operation and management,college student canteens have encountered certain difficulties in the process of implementing public welfare.Based on an empirical survey of 20 colleges and universities in a certain province,this paper sorts out the basic situation of the daily operation and management of college student canteens,analyzes the status quo of the implementation of public welfare in college student canteens,summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of the public welfare of college student canteens,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to guarantee the public welfare of college student canteens.
