摘 要:研究氨糖、碳酸钙、非变性Ⅱ型胶原蛋白复合物对大鼠骨密度的影响。大鼠分别灌胃给予剂量为0.22,0.44和0.88 g/(kg·bw)的复合物,1次/日,连续12周。动物每周称重1次。结束后测定各组大鼠股骨质量、股骨骨密度和股骨钙含量。试验结果显示,各剂量组股骨远心端和中心端骨密度均高于低钙对照组(P<0.01),且高剂量组股骨质量和骨钙含量高于低钙对照组(P<0.01)。氨糖、碳酸钙、非变性Ⅱ型胶原蛋白复合物具有增加大鼠骨密度功能,可用于相关食品的研发。Study the effect of glucosamine-calcium carbonate-undenatured typeⅡcollagen compounds on bone mineral density in rats.The compounds was given to rats orally at 0.22,0.44 and 0.88 g/(kg·bw)once a day for 12 weeks.Body weight was measured weekly.At the end of administration,femur weight,femur bone mineral density and femur bone calcium were measured.The result showed that the bone mineral density of the center and distal end of femur in all dosage group were higher than those in low calcium control group(P<0.01),and the femur weight and femur bone calcium in high dosage group were higher than those in low calcium control group(P<0.01).The test showed that the glucosamine-calcium carbonateundenatured typeⅡcollagen compounds had the function of increasing bone density,and it could be used for developing related food.
