摘  要:选择一种准确度高、适宜批量试验的方法,对宜春大米进行硒元素的测定。研究应用微波消解体系和2种定量模式(标准曲线法和标准加入法),基于ICP-MS (碰撞/反应池模式和标准模式)与HG-AFS,确定最优仪器及定量模式。结果显示,仪器在各自的最佳工作条件下,称取0.2 g试样,使用ICP-MS碰撞/反应池模式标准曲线法定量,硒元素质量浓度在0~10μg/L内呈线性关系,线性方程为y=0.016x-0.002,相关系数r=0.999 937,精密度SRSD=0.758%,检出限SDL=0.000 91 mg/kg,样品测量值与真值误差为2.5%,加标量在0.05和0.10 mg/kg时回收率为100.3%~104.2%,操作便捷,准确度高,为最优试验条件。在此条件下对大米进行检测,数据显示宜春大米普遍含硒,但仅有42.4%为富硒大米。Choose a method which has high accuracy,and batch test for determine selenium in Yichun rice.The microwave digestion system and two quantitative modes(standard curve method and standard addition method)are used.Based on DRCICP-MS,STD-ICP-MS and HG-AFS,determine the optimal instrument and quantitative mode.The results show that under the optimal working condition of the instrument,the sample is 0.2 g,and used DRC-ICP-MS and standard curve method;The selenium concentration has a linear relationship in the range of 0-10μg/L;The linear equation is y=0.016x-0.002,with the correlation coefficient r=0.999937,and the precision is 0.758%;The detection limit is 0.00091 mg/kg;Error of the measured value and the true value is 2.5%,and at 0.05 and 0.10 mg/kg,and the recovery rate is 100.3%-104.2%.It's an optimal test condition and has the advantages of convenient operation and high accuracy.Under this condition,the data show that Yichun rice generally contains selenium but only 42.4%is selenium-rich.
