护士伦理胜任力量表的汉化和信效度检验

摘　　要：为汉化国外护士伦理胜任力相关评估工具:伦理胜任力支持、伦理胜任力和伦理安全量表并评价其信效度,获取原量表作者授权后对原量表进行翻译、校对、回译,经文化调适后形成中文版量表。采用方便抽样的方法,对818名天津市某三级甲等医院的护士进行问卷调查。结果显示,伦理胜任力支持量表、伦理胜任力量表、伦理安全量表总的内容效度指数分别为0.933、0.975、0.954,提取到的公因子个数分别为11、5、4,累计方差贡献率分别为89.689、93.301、92.590,Cronbach's α系数分别为0.898、0.973、0.938,折半信度系数分别为0.972、0.996、0.974,重测信度分别为0.986、0.991、0.985。可为护士伦理胜任力相关研究提供评价工具。This study aims to chinesize and evaluate the reliability and validity of the foreign assessment tools for nurses'ethical competence:the ethical competence support scale,the ethical competence scale and the ethical safety scale.After obtaining authorization from the authors of the original scales,the authors translated,reviewed,and back-translated the original scales,and formed the Chinese versions of the scales after cultural adaptation.The convenience sampling method was used to survey 818 clinical nurses from a tertiary hospital in Tianjin.The results showed that the total content validity indices of the ethical competence support scale,ethical competence scale,and ethical safety scale were 0.933,0.975 and 0.954,and the extracted number of common factors were 11,5 and 4,respectively,with cumulative variance contribution ratios of 89.689,93.301 and 92.590,Cronbach's alpha coefficients of 0.898,0.973 and 0.938,respectively,folded reliability coefficients of 0.972,0.996 and 0.974,and re-test reliability ratios of 0.986,0.991 and 0.985.These findings contributed to provide evaluation tools for the research related to nurse ethical competence.
