摘　　要：文章综合运用文献研究和调查研究,以首批1+X试点专业领域的物流管理专业为例,对高等职业院校实施1+X证书制度的困境及原因进行了全面细致的调查研究。研究过程中对江苏省高职物流管理专业的学生、老师进行了问卷调查,并结合深度访谈,发现高职院校面临着推行1+X证书制度困境。在此基础上分析了造成高职院校推行1+X证书制度的困难的原因。根据1+X推行困境的原因,提出四个方面的解决策略。高等职业院校实施1+X证书制度有着十分重要的价值,1+X证书制度将推动职业院校的学生就业竞争能力和人才供给能力的提升,职业院校的市场吸引力得到增强,也将推动职业教育深入改革。The paper comprehensively uses literature research and investigation research,and takes the logistics management major in the first batch of 1+X pilot professional fields as an example to conduct a comprehensive and detailed investigation and analysis on the difficulties and reasons of implementing the 1+X certificate system in higher vocational colleges.In the process of research,students and teachers of logistics management major in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province conducted a questionnaire survey,and combined with in-depth interviews,found that higher vocational colleges are facing the dilemma of implementing the 1+X certificate system.On this basis,it analyzes the reasons for the difficulties in implementing the 1+X certificate system in higher vocational colleges.According to the reasons for the dilemma of 1+X implementation,four solutions are proposed.The implementation of the 1+X certificate system in higher vocational colleges is of great value.The 1+X certificate system will promote the competitiveness of vocational colleges'students in employment and the ability to supply talents.The market attraction of vocational colleges will be enhanced,which will also promote the in-depth reform of vocational education.
