摘　　要：信息化是我国教育改革发展的必由之路。同时,教育的信息化也为专业技术人员接受继续教育提供了前所未有的机遇。专业技术人员通过网络进行在线学习,已成为其接受继续教育的重要形式,也是国家和相关部门开展专业技术人员继续教育的一种重要发展趋势。基于此,以出版专业技术人员网络培训为例,探讨专业技术人员网络培训的模式,分析网络培训面临的困惑与存在的问题,并进一步提出网络培训的创新路径。Informatization is the only way for China’s educational reform and development.At the same time,the informatization of education also provides unprecedented opportunities for professional and technical personnel to receive continuing education.Online learning for professional and technical personnel through the network has become an important form of continuing education for them,and it is also an important development trend for the state and relevant departments to carry out continuing education for professional and technical personnel.Based on this,taking the network training of publishing professional and technical personnel as an example,this paper discusses the mode of network training of professional and technical personnel,analyzes the confusion and existing problems faced by network training,and further puts forward the innovative path of network training.
