摘  要:为实现高等职业教育高质量与内涵式发展,适应经济社会发展对高质量、高素质技能技术人才的需求,分析新教师的角色焦虑感的形成原因,推动师资队伍建设,促进青年教师的可持续发展,具有鲜明的现实意义。新教师角色焦虑感的形成与“教学任务”“业务能力”“评价制度”存在紧密的关联,为缓解新教师的角色焦虑感,高职院校应从“调节能力”“业务能力”“管理机制”“评价机制”等方面出发,循序渐进地引领教师提高职场胜任力,发挥教师的功能与作用,促进我国职业教育的现代化发展。In order to achieve the high-quality and connotative development of higher vocational education and adapt to the demand of economic and social development for high-quality skilled technical talents,it is of great practical significance to analyze the reasons for the formation of role anxiety of new teachers,promote the construction of teaching staff,and promote the sustainable development of young teachers.The formation of new teachers’role anxiety is closely related to“teaching task”“professional ability”and“evaluation systems”.In order to alleviate the role anxiety of new teachers,higher vocational colleges should start from the aspects of“adjustment ability”“professional ability”“management mechanism”and“evaluation mechanism”,gradually guide teachers to improve their professional competence,give full play to the function and role of teachers,and promote the modern development of vocational education in China.
