摘　　要：随着“三教”改革的推进,教师学习共同体已成为大势所趋。高职英语教师承担着全校公共英语的教学任务,理应与专业教师及企业工匠一起,通过文化融合、管理制度革新、协同创新和成员优化等措施,构建教师学习共同体,共享学习、分享资源,以突破教师专业成长藩篱,服务“1+X证书”,协同创新,推进产教深度融合。With the advancement of the“Three Teachings”reform,the learning community of teachers has become a general trend.English teachers in higher vocational colleges undertake the teaching task of public English in the whole school.They should build the learning community of teachers with professional teachers and enterprise craftsmen,share learning and resources through cultural integration,management system innovation,collaborative innovation and membership optimization,so as to break through the barriers of teachers’professional development,serve the“1+X certificate”,and promote the deep integration of industry and education.
