摘　　要：培养幼儿教师的家庭教育指导专业素养是顺应时代发展、执行政策规定以及满足家长需求的必由之路。基于此,分析幼儿教师家庭教育指导专业素养培养的必要性及其现实图景,并提出具体的培养策略,即管理机制多元联动、职前职后一体培养。Cultivating the professional literacy of family education guidance for preschool teachers is the only way to adapt to the development of the times,implement policies and regulations,and meet the needs of parents.Based on this,this paper analyzes the necessity and realistic picture of professional literacy cultivation in family education guidance for preschool teachers,and puts forward specific cultivation strategies,namely,multiple linkage of management mechanism and integrated cultivation of pre-service and post-service.
