摘 要:商贸专业的岗位工作任务具有流程难分解、答案多解、不唯一性等特点。目前在高职教育中,虚拟仿真实训任务的特点是以结果为导向,主要面向的是工科专业的工艺流程,缺乏针对商贸专业的柔性任务类型的虚拟仿真实训基地的研究。本研究主要探索针对商贸专业的校企共建的虚拟仿真实训基地建设的方式方法。从基地的硬件搭建、资源建设、师资组建、运行机制四个方面,对商贸专业的虚拟仿真实训基地的建设提出建议。从而填补商贸专业虚拟仿真基地建设方面的研究空白,最终促进实践教学的发展,推动理论与实践的有机结合。The job tasks of the business and trade major are characterized by difficult process decomposition,multiple answers,and non uniqueness.At present,in vocational education,the characteristics of virtual simulation training tasks are result oriented,targeting mainly the process flow of engineering majors,and there is for lack of research on virtual simulation training bases for flexible task types in business and trade majors.This study explores mainly the methods and methods of constructing a virtual simulation training base built jointly by schools and enterprises for business and trade majors.Suggestions are proposed for the construction of a virtual simulation training base for business and trade majors from four aspects:Hardware construction,resource construction,teachers formation,and operational mechanism of the base.In order to fill the research gap in the construction of virtual simulation bases for business and trade majors,and promote ultimately the development of practical teaching,promoting the organic integration of theory and practice.
