摘  要:面向交通强国战略,贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,同时遵循青少年成长需求、认知特点和创新实践教育规律,同济大学交通运输工程实践工作站结合学科特色,设计制订了面向未来交通的青少年科技创新实践培养方案。通过创新课题形式培养青少年的科技创新能力,激发青少年对科学研究的浓厚兴趣,吸引更多的青少年投身交通强国建设,共同培养交通科技创新人才。工作站经过3年的运行,取得了一定的成果,在人才培养方面有了创新性的突破,产生了良好的社会影响力。Facing the strategy of building a powerful country in transportation,adhering to the concept of educating people through morality,and following the growth needs of young people,cognitive characteristics and innovative practice education laws,traffic and transportation engineering practice workstation of Tongji University designs and formulates a youth science and technology innovation practice training program for future transportation combining the characteristics of the discipline.It cultivates youth science and technology innovation capabilities through innovative topics,stimulates youths’strong interest in scientific research,attracts more youths dedicated to a country that is powerful in transportation,and cultivates transportation technology and innovative talents.After three years of operation,the workstation has achieved certain results and made innovative breakthroughs in personal training,which generates a good social influence.
