摘  要:日本高等专门学校以产教融合协同育人为理念,培养产业发展所需的中高级技术技能型人才,形成了产教融合协同育人的日本模式。在创设至今六十余年的发展历程中,其产教融合协同育人先后经历了探索与形成、深化与发展、成熟与完善等不同阶段,并在法律保障、经费支持、平台建设等方面涌现出诸多典型措施。分析日本高等专门学校产教融合协同育人的发展历程及典型措施,可从政府的主导作用、行业企业的引领作用、职业院校的主体作用等层面,为我国产教融合协同育人改革与发展提出诸多可资借鉴的经验。Based on the concept of industry-education integration and collaborative education,Advanced Specialized School in Japan cultivates intermediate and high-level technical and skilled talents required for industrial development,forming a Japanese model of industry-education integration and collaborative education.In the development process of more than 60 years since its establishment,its industry-education integration and collaborative education have successively gone through different stages such as exploration and formation,deepening and development,maturity and improvement,and many typical measures have emerged in legislation,funding,and platforms.By analyzing the development process and typical measures of industry-education integration and collaborative education in Japanese colleges and universities,we put forward reference for the reform and development of industry-education integration and collaborative education in China from the leading role of the government,the leading role of industry enterprises,and the main role of vocational colleges.
