摘　　要：目的 观察头皮针配合电针治疗脑性瘫痪合并智力障碍的价值。方法 筛选江西省儿童医院小儿康复中心2020年4月至2022年3月确诊的60例脑性瘫痪合并智力障碍患儿实施分组研究,分组方式为随机数字表法,组别分别为对照组与试验组,每组各纳入30例。对照组直接采取常规康复训练进行治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用头皮针配合电针治疗。治疗3个月后,从粗大运动功能评定表88项(GMFM-88)、婴幼儿发育检查量表(Gesell)两项评分的分值变化来评估临床疗效。结果 两组患儿治疗后两项评分均出现明显改变,但与对照组相比,试验组治疗后GMFM-88评分、Gesell评分明显更具优势,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 头皮针配合电针治疗可以有效改善脑性瘫痪合并智力障碍的运动功能和认知及行为发育。Objective To observe the value of scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of cerebral palsy with intellectual disabilities.Methods Sixty children with cerebral palsy and intellectual disabilities diagnosed at the Children's Rehabilitation Center of Jiangxi Children's Hospital from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected for a grouping study.The grouping method was a random number table method,with a control group and an experimental group,each containing 30 cases.The control group received routine rehabilitation training for treatment,while the experimental group received scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated based on the changes in scores of the 88 items of the Gross Motor Function Assessment(GMFM-88)and the Gesell scale for infant and toddler development.Results Both groups of patients showed significant changes in both scores after treatment,but compared with the control group,the experimental group had a significant advantage in GMFM-88 score and Gesell score after treatment,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusions scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture can effectively improve motor function,cognitive and behavioral development in patients with cerebral palsy and intellectual disabilities.
