摘　　要：为更好地在职业院校学生中弘扬劳动意识、培养工匠精神,增强学生的职业荣誉感和职业技能水平,培育和推广新时代具有中国特色的劳动教育模式,实现劳动与德育、智育、体育、美育的有机结合,促进学生的全面发展,学院依托“工匠精神传承本草之美”特色文化品牌,带领学生学习了解中医药传统文化。通过亲自劳动深化感悟,培养学生的创造性劳动能力,引导学生理解并认同“四个最”——劳动最光荣、劳动最美丽、劳动最可爱、劳动成果最珍贵的劳动价值观,树立“文化自信”,塑造学生的劳动素养、美学素养。通过探索实施与专业实训相结合的特色劳动教育项目,真正达到劳动育人的效果。In order to better promote labor awareness and cultivate craftsmanship among students in vocational colleges and universities,enhance students' sense of professional honor and vocational skills,cultivate and promote the labor education model with Chinese characteristics in the new era,realize the organic combination of labor and moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic education,and promote students' all-round development,relying on the characteristic cultural brand of “craftsmanship inherits the beauty of herbs”,the school leads students to learn about the traditional culture of Chinese medicine,deepens their understanding through personal labor,cultivates students' creative labor ability.And the students are guided to understand and identify with the “four most” values of labor as labor is the most glorious,labor is the most beautiful,labor is the most lovely,and the fruits of labor are the most precious to build up “cultural confidence” and to shape students' labor literacy and aesthetic literacy.By exploring the implementation of special labor education programs combined with professional practical training,the effect of labor education can be truly achieved.
