摘 要:目的 分析虚拟现实(VR)技术在中医学生临床实习教学中的作用。方法 选取2021年1月—2021年12月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院开展临床实习的中医学生共50名进行研究,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(采取传统教学模式)和观察组(通过VR技术开展教学),各25名,比较2组理论考试成绩、综合病例分析成绩、自我评价结果及教学满意度情况。结果观察组理论考试、综合病例分析成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组激发学习兴趣、参加课堂互动、提高学习效率、提升实践能力、掌握理论知识、扩展学习思路,以及培养自学能力的自我评价肯定比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度96.00%(24/25)高于对照组的72.00%(18/25)(P<0.05)。结论 VR技术用于中医学生临床实习,教学效果理想,能提升中医学生的理论知识及综合病例分析水平,提高其自我评价结果和教学满意度,值得采用。Objective To analyze the role of virtual reality(VR) technology in clinical practice teaching of traditional Chinese medicine students.Methods A total of 50 students of traditional Chinese medicine who carried out clinical practice in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected for research.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group of 25 students(using traditional teaching mode) and observation group of 25students(teaching through VR technology).The theoretical examination scores,comprehensive case analysis scores,self-evaluation results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The results of theory examination and comprehensive case analysis in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The positive proportion of self-evaluation of stimulating learning interest,participating in classroom interaction,improving learning efficiency,improving practical ability,mastering theoretical knowledge,expanding learning ideas,and cultivating self-learning ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Teaching satisfaction of observation group was 96.00%(24/25),which was higher than that of control group(72.00%,18/25)(P<0.05).Conclusion VR technology in clinical practice teaching of traditional Chinese medicine students has ideal effect.It can improve the theoretical knowledge and comprehensive case analysis level of traditional Chinese medicine students,and improve their self-evaluation results and teaching satisfaction.It is worth adopting.
