医古文课程传统医德的内涵与实践

摘　　要：稽考医古文文选与古代涉医资料,阐述中医古籍所蕴含的“仁心”观、“仁术”观,提出以下观点:仁心是医生的理想志向、对患者的爱心与同情心;仁术包含医术难以精通、医生治病救人的手段两层含义;传统医德是仁心与仁术的结合,其内涵包括医生的责任心与使命感,救世济民的心愿与行为,以及医学是仁学、医术是仁术的认知;医古文课程承担着价值引导、人格培育的任务。Based on the analysis of selected texts and ancient medical-related materials,this paper expounded the concept of “kindheartedness” and “kindhearted skill” contained in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,and put forward the following viewpoints:“kindheartedness” is the ideal aspiration of doctors,love and compassion for patients,and “kindhearted skill” contained two meanings:medical skills was difficult to master and the means for doctors to cure and save people.Traditional medical ethics was the combination of “kindheartedness” and “kindhearted skill”.The connotation of traditional medical ethics included doctors' sense of responsibility and mission,the wish and behavior of saving the world and helping the people,and the cognition that medicine was benevolence and medical skill is “kindhearted skill”.The course of medical classic literature undertakes the task of value guidance and personality cultivation.
