摘  要:目的 培养中医药创新创业型人才的关键在于高校创新创业教育。通过对中医院校的创新创业现状进行问卷调查,分析学生创业意愿的影响因素,并提出针对性的教育改革策略。方法 采取方便随机取样法,对广西中医药大学258名硕士研究生发放问卷,运用SPSS 24.0软件对调查对象资料、创新创业现状、创业现状的人口学变量差异、创新创业教育与创新创业意愿的关系这几个方面进行统计学分析。结果 硕士研究生目前受到的创业教育程度偏低;总体上,硕士研究生的创新创业意愿一般,相较而言,一年级学生的创新创业自我效能与创业意愿较二、三年级学生高;学生的创业意愿与创业教育、创业意识、创业氛围、创业自我效能均呈正相关。结论 可以从文化氛围、创业教育资源、教育体系和形式、创业实践平台的营造和搭建等多方面探讨创业教育改革的方式。Objective To cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents of traditional Chinese medicine lies in the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.Through a questionnaire survey on the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship in local colleges and universities of Chinese medicine,to analyze the influencing factors of students' entrepreneurial intention,and puts forward targeted education reform strategies.Methods A convenient random sampling method was used to distribute questionnaires to 258 postgraduates in Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.SPSS 24.0 software was used to analyze the data of the respondents,the status of innovation and entrepreneurship,the differences in demographic variables of the status of entrepreneurship,and the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and innovation and entrepreneurship intention.Results At present,the degree of entrepreneurship education received by master students was low.On the whole,postgraduate students had a general intention of innovation and entrepreneurship.Comparatively speaking,the self-efficacy and entrepreneurial willingness of first-year students were higher than those of second-year and third-year students.Students' entrepreneurial intention was positively correlated with entrepreneurial education,entrepreneurial consciousness,entrepreneurial atmosphere and entrepreneurial selfefficacy.Conclusion The way of entrepreneurship education reform can be discussed from the aspects of cultural atmosphere construction,entrepreneurship education resources,education system and form,and the construction of entrepreneurship practice platform.
