摘  要:中药学类和药学类专业本科毕业实习是学生理论知识与实际相联系的重要阶段,也是高校教学和管理工作的重要环节。为了适应高等教育发展新形势的需要,促进就业,保障实习教学质量,满足人才培养过程中日益多元化的要求,此研究基于当前山东中医药大学药学院中药学类和药学类专业本科毕业实习管理工作中出现的问题,提出系列解决对策,探讨并建立一套全过程毕业实习质量监控体系,并以此为试点,以期全面提高山东中医药大学本科毕业生实习质量,为国家培养出更多符合新时代中医药需求的人才。The undergraduate course graduation practice in traditional Chinese pharmacology and pharmacy class is an important link in which students play theoretical knowledge with practice.And it is also an important link in the teaching and management of colleges.In order to meet the needs of the new situation in the development of education,promote employment,ensure the quality of practice teaching,and meet the increasingly diversified requirements in the process of the society,this study intended to establish a set of quality monitoring system for the whole process of graduation practice,which is based on the current graduate practice management of traditional Chinese pharmacology and pharmacy class.We proposed a series of countermeasures to solve the problems.Through strengthening up the organizational management of graduation practice,a quality monitoring and information feedback system was explored and built up,hoping to improve the quality of graduation practice of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and cultivate more talents that meet the needs of the country.
