摘　　要：研究了一类具有疫苗接种和标准发生率的ZIKV感染模型。利用再生矩阵方法,计算得出了模型的基本再生数(R_(0)),证明了模型平衡点的存在性以及局部稳定性。结果表明:当R_(0)<1时,无病平衡点是局部渐近稳定的;当R_(0)>1时,地方病平衡点是局部渐近稳定的。基于疫苗接种对病毒感染的影响,分析了疾病传播的动态。A ZIKV infection model with vaccination and standard incidence rate was investigated.The basic reproduction number(R_(0))of the model was obtained by applying the next generation matrix method,the existence of equilibrium and local stability of the model were proved.The results showed that,when R_(0)<1,the disease-free equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable;when R_(0)>1,the endemic equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable.The dynamics of disease transmissions were analyzed based on the effect of vaccination on viral infection.
