摘 要:随着网络技术的发展,现有的网络管理技术已经难以满足未来信息化的网络管理需求,网络运行态势感知则是为适应这一发展需求而出现的新的研究方向。结合网络运行态势感知的特点,对模糊神经网络进行改进,构建网络运行质量指标评价体系,提出了基于CSA模糊神经网络的网络运行态势感知技术,搜集真实的网络运行流量数据对模型进行训练和测试。实验证明本文所提出的网络运行态势感知模型在网络训练效率和预测效率上较传统的模糊神经网络提高了约30%。With the development of network technology,the existing network management technologies are difficult to meet the future demand for information-based network management,and network operation situation awareness is a new research direction that can adapt to this development demand.Based on the characteristics of network operation situation awareness,this paper improves the fuzzy neural network,builds the network operation quality index evaluation system,and proposes the network operation situation awareness technology based on CSA fuzzy neural network.It collects real network operation traffic data to train and test the model,and experimental results indicate that the proposed network operation situation awareness model improves the network training efficiency and prediction efficiency by about 30%compared with the conventional fuzzy neural network.
