摘  要:为探讨寄宿制中学生教师关怀和同辈群体对学校适应的影响,采用CEPS的追访数据对2723名寄宿制中学生进行调查,并运用结构方程模型研究教师关怀、积极同辈群体影响学校适应的内在机制。结果表明,教师关怀和积极同辈群体正向影响寄宿制中学生的学校适应,心理资本分别在教师关怀和学校适应之间以及积极同辈群体与学校适应之间起着部分中介作用。To explore the effect of teacher care and peer group on the school adaptation of boarding middle school students,this study surveyed 2723boarding middle school students using the follow-up data of CEPS,and using structural equation modeling to investigate the underlying mechanisms of teacher care and positive peer group affecting school adaptation.The results indicate that both teacher care and positive peer group have a positive effect on the school adaptation of boarding middle school students,and psychological capital plays a partial mediating role between teacher care and school adaptation,as well as between positive peer group and school adaptation.
