摘 要:基于5位国家、省级工匠的访谈,发现工匠精神的养成系多方面力量共同作用的结果。其中,家庭氛围奠定情结,个体特质催生坚守,专业培训助力精业,师傅示范浸润品质,社会环境激励创新。其形成机理为:个体因素是工匠精神形成的激发力量,环境因素是工匠精神形成的支持力量,个体、环境与行为的互动是工匠精神内化的维持力量。为推动高职院校工匠精神培育工作,当前要提高对工匠精神的认识,激发专业学习的兴趣,强化责任担当的意识,注重规范技能的训练,优化工匠精神培育的环境。Based on interviews with 5 national and provincial craftsmen,it is found that the formation of craftsman spirit is the combined result of many forces,including craftsman complex from family atmosphere,perseverance out of individual characteristics,craftsmanship cultivated in professional training,craftsman quality infiltrated in masters’demonstration,and innovation stimulated in social environment.Its formation mechanism is that individual factors are the stimulating force;environmental factors are the supporting force;and the interaction between individuals,environment and behavior is the sustaining force for the internalization of craftsman spirit.To promote the education of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to enhance the understanding of craftsman spirit,stimulate interest in professional learning,strengthen the awareness of responsibility,focus on the training of standardized skills,and optimize the environment for the cultivation of craftsman spirit.
