摘  要:基于对翻转课堂理论和各层次教育机构实践的历时考察,借鉴中国传统文化“形、意、神”的概念阐释翻转课堂的本质:程序重置和教学视频只是翻转课堂的外在形式,以学生需求驱动、自主控制节奏、高投入的学习过程为要素的学生中心的学习才是翻转课堂的基本特征,注重批判性分析和应用知识、创造性解决问题的深度学习则是翻转课堂的最终目标。高校要实现卓有成效的翻转课堂改革,需要超越翻转课堂“形”的简单模仿,会其“意”,传其“神”。这就要求教师在教学视频制作中合理运用教学策略,使教学内容结构化和易于理解;课堂上创造促进学生合作和主动学习、激发学生深层思维、鼓励学生提问交流的安全环境。而学生则需要积极改变学习方式,化被动学习为主动学习,提高自主学习意识和探究能力。唯有师生双方密切配合,才能促进深度学习的发生,实现有意义的翻转课堂改革。Based on a chronological investigation of the theory and practice of flipped classroom in educational institutions at all levels,this study tries to expose the essence of flipped classroom by drawing on the concepts of“Form,Meaning and Spirit”in traditional Chinese culture.Procedure reset and teaching videos are only the external forms of flipped classroom.The essence of flipped classroom is student-centered learning that is demand-driven,autonomous-controlled,and highly engaged in the learning process.In-depth learning that focuses on critical analysis and application of knowledge,and creative problem solving is the ultimate goal of flipped classroom.To achieve effective flipped classroom,colleges and universities need to go beyond the“Form”of flipped classroom,understand its“Meaning”and convey its“Spirit”.This requires teachers adopt rational teaching strategies in teaching video production to make the teaching content structured and easy to understand;create a safe environment in the classroom that promotes student cooperation and active learning,stimulates students’deep thinking,and encourages students to ask questions and communicate.Students need to change their learning methods actively,turn passive learning into active learning,and improve independent learning awareness and inquiry abilities.Only through close cooperation between teachers and students can deep learning and meaningful flipped classroom reform take place.
