摘  要:甘薯叶是甘薯的副产品,富含多酚、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质和一些功能性微量成分。甘薯叶多酚具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎症、抗糖尿病等多种促进健康的生物活性。对提高资源及多酚利用率方面进行分析,结合国内外研究结果对甘薯叶多酚的分类、生理功能及提取方法的研究现状进行了综述。同时,对甘薯叶中多酚类物质未来的应用进行展望,以期为甘薯叶的研究加工利用提供参考。Sweet potato leaf is a by-product of sweet potato,which is rich in polyphenols,protein,vitamins,mineral substances,and some functional microelements.Polyphenols from sweet potato leaves exhibit many health-promoting biological activities,such as antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-diabetic,etc.The enhancement of the utilization of sweet potato leaves and their polyphenols were analyzed.The classification,physiological function,and extraction methods of polyphenols from sweet potato leaves were reviewed in this paper.Meanwhile,the application of polyphenols in sweet potato leaves was prospected,in order to provide a reference for the study and utilization of sweet potato leaves.
