摘 要:人力资源管理属于企业运营管理的一部分,将人力资源管理放在企业转型升级的重要位置,能够更好地提高企业人才质量,提升企业在市场上的核心竞争力。文章以事业单位为例,通过以人力资源改革,对人力资源管理模式进行转型升级,能够更好地优化配置企业人力资源,而在信息化高度发展的今天,以大数据技术的应用,实现事业单位人力资源管理的信息化建设,已成为未来事业单位变革发展的重要方向,对保障人力资源管理效力、强化事业单位业务效率和质量有着积极的推动作用。Human resource management is a part of enterprise operation management.Putting human resource management in an im⁃portant position of enterprise transformation and upgrading can better improve the quality of enterprise talents and enhance the core compet⁃itiveness of enterprises in the market.This paper takes public institutions as an example.Through the transformation and upgrading of hu⁃man resource management mode through human resource reform,enterprises can better optimize the allocation of human resources.In today's highly developed informatization,the application of big data technology to realize the informatization construction of human resource management in public institutions has become an important direction for the reform and development of public institutions in the future.It plays a positive role in promoting the effectiveness of human resource management and strengthening the business efficiency and quality of public institutions.
